Circular Saws

This is going to be your go to saw for most diy jobs. If you can't afford any other type saw, this will be the one to have.

In the past they were heavy and corded. These days, they have come a long way. Battery powered, heavy duty plastic and light weight.

I will not tell you which brand to purchase, just recommend that if it's going to be used in big jobs, purchase a corded unit. You will have more power and it will run all day. But for smaller jobs a 20 volt battery unit is your best bet.

With any Battery unit always get the second battery, you will be glad you did.

But I think any brand or power type, the most important is the blade. I have used them all. I like the Diablo Blades. they cut true and stay sharp the longest.
